Background: I work in the IT Department of a Machine Learning company. I've been in IT over 30 years and at this company over 7 years and in that time I've learned a lot of stuff by osmosis. But because I don't have the same educational background as my research colleagues I've had to figure out ways to simplify the concepts so I can understand them better.
In response to a tweet I thought I'd buy some .wtf domains and document my understanding of various ML topics in a way that is hopefully accessible to everyone.
lstm.wtf is the first of these. gan.wtf is next. I was hoping to do cnn.wtf after that but it seems cnn.wtf has been pre-emptively purchased by Cable News Network so I might have to get a bit creative with the domain name.
